• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Opened or used personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• Clearance/sale items are non-returnable

Received something wrong or damaged? We've got you covered.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business daysafter we receive and inspect the item
• COD orders: Refund issued to your bank account or UPI ID — please share your details when raising a request
