Shipping policy

At Your-Store.in, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most pincodes across India. If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to courier restrictions, we will inform you within 24 hours of your order and issue a full refund.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM] on Saturday or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

While actual delivery times depend on the courier partner and your location, the general timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real-time on our courier partner's website.

5. Undelivered Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.

6. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

  • Mention the damage on the courier's delivery sheet.

  • Contact us at het@your-store.in within 24 hours with your Order ID and a photo of the package so we can resolve the issue immediately.
